Lettings Fees

Fully managed service we will, in addition to finding a suitable tenant:
  • Collect the monthly rent and forward this to you in the form of a rental statement
  • Carry out regular property inspections
  • The first inspection will be carried out two months after the tenancy start date
  • A further inspection at six months, then on an annual basis
  • In the unlikely event that we find anything untoward during these visits we will inform you accordingly.
  • Arrange routine repairs/maintenance from our list of approved Contractors
  • Organise the annual Gas Safety Check with our approved Contractors
  • At the end of the tenancy we will carry out a final inspection and will advise on the distribution of
    the deposit having regard to the initial inventory.

For the fully managed service our fees are 9.6% – 14.4% incl. VAT (8% – 12% excl. VAT)
