COVID Working Policy
We have received clarity from the Government that the property industry will continue to operate throughout the second national lockdown. The statement to the industry was as follows:
"Buying, selling and renting a home can continue, in a COVID-secure way, as it has in recent months. Estate and letting agents can operate, show homes and sales suites can remain open and property viewings, mortgage valuations and surveys can take place."
In short we will continue to enforce the strict Covid-19 procedures and guidelines that we have been adhering to in recent months, as well as implementing further steps within our workspace to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
Our office will remain closed for visits but OPEN FOR BUSINESS throughout lockdown to discuss all your property needs.
